Extract the file you have downloaded earlier with WinRAR

Run the installer Adobe After Effects CC 2015

Crack open the folder, then copy the file amtlib.dll

Paste amtlib.dll earlier in the installation folder of Adobe After Effects CC 2015> Replace / Overwrite
