Extract the file you have downloaded earlier with WinRAR

Turn off your internet connection

Run the installer Adobe Muse CC 2015

When asked to sign-in, select the Sign-in later, then install as usual

When the installation is complete, open the folder Crack, then copy the file amtlib.dll

Paste amtlib.dll earlier in the installation folder Adobe Muse CC 2015> Replace / Overwrite
